Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with researchers and traders to integrate trading strategies into production systems.
• Work closely with technology teams to upgrade existing system infrastructure to support emerging functionalities.
• Enhance system efficiency by optimizing existing codebases to adapt to real-time trading environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in the trading environment, providing timely fixes and upgrades. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Solid programming skills with proficiency in Golang and Rust.
  
• Experience in systematic trading or blockchain-related application development is a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of Linux developing environment.
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, highly technical team environment.
  
• Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to solve challenging problems.
