Key Responsibilities:
Licensing Application:
Assist in the preparation of licensing applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work closely with relevant departments to gather and organize necessary information for application processes.
Assist in monitoring and understanding regulatory updates across various jurisdictions.
Support the team to ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to virtual asset trading.
Audit Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to assist with regulatory audits and reviews.
Help prepare necessary documentation and reports for audit purposes.
Bookkeeping & Administrative Support:
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure documents are well maintained.
Assist with administrative duties as needed to support departmental efficiency.
Project Assistance:
Participate in internal projects, providing support where needed to help achieve project goals.
Liaise with different departments to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information accurately.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on regulatory changes in various jurisdictions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
1-2 years of work experience in the financial or digital asset industry; fresh graduates are welcome.
