Key Responsibilities:

Licensing Application:

  • Assist in the preparation of licensing applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to gather and organize necessary information for application processes.
  • Assist in monitoring and understanding regulatory updates across various jurisdictions.
  • Support the team to ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to virtual asset trading.

Audit Support:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with regulatory audits and reviews.
  • Help prepare necessary documentation and reports for audit purposes.

Bookkeeping & Administrative Support:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure documents are well maintained.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed to support departmental efficiency.

Project Assistance:

  • Participate in internal projects, providing support where needed to help achieve project goals.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information accurately.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on regulatory changes in various jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the financial or digital asset industry; fresh graduates are welcome.
