Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, a client-centric mindset, and exceptional attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and identifying cross-selling opportunities while contributing to the growth of our assets under management (AUM).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop and deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Introduce and recommend new product features through personalized communication to drive client engagement and adoption.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand share of wallet.
  • Continuously maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, capturing feedback for ongoing improvement and client retention.
  • Monitor client risk factors and develop strategies to mitigate attrition risks and ensure smooth generational transfer.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in wealth management, client service, operations or sales support within the financial industry.
  • Proven track record in servicing a book of clients and acquiring new relationships will be given highest priority for interview opportunities.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership in client interactions.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and task execution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in digital assets and familiarity with crypto markets is preferred.
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
