Role and Responsibilities:
Investment Due Diligence
Liaise with legal, settlement, and external on investment matters
Arrange callback and settlement
Keep track of following unlock and vesting, liaise with trading team liquidation
Research on regulatory framework and business opportunities
Stay adaptive and be able to collect information on the market dynamics
Document and archive investment documents and Licensing
Licensing coordination
Follow up with administrative matters if licensed
Fund operations
Monthly NAV numbers cross check & expenses settlement
Ensure fund flows are compliant
Work with account management team on fund related account opening and review
