Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist overseas sales teams by addressing inquiries related to products, events, and internal procedures, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Oversee cross-departmental projects, including both online and offline marketing events, facilitating communication and follow-up tasks with the sales team.
  • Responsible for tracking sales staff's performance data, providing data support to the sales team on a regular basis, and outputting performance tracking reports.
  • Manage changes in customer relationships, including onboarding new sales staff and providing guidance during handovers for departing staff.
  • Review all marketing materials in traditional Chinese and English, offering insights on layout and interpretation to ensure alignment with client perspectives. Distribute updates promptly to the sales team.
  • Execute routine back-office tasks, including issuing client asset statements and monthly treasury/fund product return slips, confirming changes in client positions or redemptions, and preparing OTC loan and option transaction agreements.
  • Liaise with external system suppliers and internal product teams regarding software upgrades and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless operational functionality..
  • Effectively communicate feedback, challenges, and insights to appropriate stakeholders, fostering collaboration across departments.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a back-office support role within the financial, FinTech, or internet industry is preferred.
  • Strong ability to map out sales operation process flows with excellent documentation skills.
  • Collaborative work style with excellent written and verbal English communication skills, preferably bilingual in Mandarin; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies
  • Highly proficient in using Excel, Python, IDE and other tools to process data, master the use of PPT, Visio, and other online presentation/collaboration tools.
